At least 5 years of experience as estimator for construction projects. Must be able to provide take offs, pricing (databases, suppliers and subcontractors), and schedule of work to the field and management teams. If required, attend to site visits to consider and evaluate site conditions that may impact the estimating process. Also contact subcontractors and other vendors to obtain updated pricing. In addition, ideal candidate may support the procurement process when needed through contacting suppliers and vendors and follow up orders.
