Apalachee Regional Cross-Country Upgrades

Key note: APWA Award Winning Project in 2021
Description: Project included construction of Multipurpose Building/Restroom Facility, Stage, Finish Line Structure, and all associated clearing, erosion control, earthwork, fill material, sidewalk, paving, grading, drainage, utilities, electrical, landscaping, signage, and installation of all miscellaneous appurtenances. Also included construction of three (3) wildlife viewing platforms

USDA Office Remodeling

Dates: Oct 2021- Feb 2022
Cost: $281k
Owner: Putnam County
Key note:Offices were for USDA agency use

Description: Remodeled old USDA office. Work included ceiling, new doors, titles, roofing, air duct installation, electrical installation, new drywalls, lighting, data and voice, also we installed new carpet, cabinets, and others. We did all the design and construction for the 3,400 sqft office renovation.

Solid Waste Station Upgrades

Dates: Apr 2021- Feb 2022
Cost: $774k
Owner: Leon County Board of Commissioners

Description: Replaced concrete drive-thru, push wall, modify ramp, temp doorway construction and access, steel and concrete repairs in facilities, heavy demo and disposal, welding and torching, and others.

NW 69th Terr
Sidewalk

Dates: June 7-Sep 10 2021
Cost: $232k
Owner: Alachua County

Description: Built 800 SY of 4" concrete sidewalk and 215 SY of 6" sidewalk on NW 69th Terrace Street in Gainesville, FL. Project included MOT, erosion control, sediment barrier, clearing and grubbing, mowing, grading, inlets, asphalt pavement, curbs & gutters, endwalls, stripping, removing existing guardrails, sodding, flashing, and traffic stripe removal and painting

FAA PBI Old ATCT demolition

Dates: Jul- Dec 2017
Cost: $1.3M
Owner: Federal Aviation Administration
Key note: Project was located in PBI runway proximity
Description: Demolished old PBI airport tower of 110ft with cab, and adjacent building including removal of hazmat containing materials (asbestos, led, others) based on our demolition plan. In addition, we had to do extensive erosion and sediment control because we are adjacent to PBI runway. Project was completed safely and the expected quality from our team.

FAA MIA ATCT
Repairs

Dates: Nov 2019- Mar 2020
Cost: $516k
Owner: Federal Aviation Administration
