At least 5 years of experience in construction projects.  Ideal candidates should be able to understand construction drawings, prepare take offs and estimates, and manage projects in the field. Supervise construction crews, negotiate with subs and suppliers, and deal with client representatives. Lead projects to be executed safely and with quality. Attention to detail and deadlines. Manage project costs and handle budget. Must be available to travel to different locations in FL and occasionally to projects in other states.
